Oh my! Oh my!! Today’s the day 🎉🙌 This is a project that’s been in my head for about five years that I never acted on - until now! Can you tell I’m excited (note the overuse of exclamation marks!!)?

I've been online for almost 20 years now as Services For You, in all its iterations. During this time of serving entrepreneurs behind the scenes, I’ve met so many great people. I had a friend in the early days who taught me about networking and networking groups. I had never heard of BNI before or eWomen or anything about networking. I had no idea how to drum up business this way. To tell you the truth, most of my business before this was all from word-of-mouth and referral business. Then I learned it’s the same thing.. you are just creating a bigger pot of people referring you and your business. Oh, I was so naive back then.

I went to tons of networking events, locally and throughout mostly California, and quickly became a great referral partner. I have met so many wonderful people, doing so many great things in the world. I didn’t know there were so many business types in the online world as I’ve met at these events. It is so fun learning about all the different ways entrepreneurs do business and network. Along the way, I’ve developed quite a portfolio of people to refer to others looking for their services. BUT, it was all in my head and I had no type of system that said oh, go check out so-and-so. This wasn’t good, because I often forgot who did this or that, or I couldn’t remember the person’s name or where I’d met them. So frustrating! I was blocking them from meeting each other.

I found myself thinking, I should put all these in a directory of some sort so I can just tell people to go to the directory of people I recommend. Aha! Well, that was five years ago and I’m finally launching BUILD YOUR DREAM TEAM!

Today, I’m giddy (great word, huh?). I really want you to succeed at building your own dream team of people you have in your back pocket to get things done and help you leverage and launch your business to the next level.
